Ingredients
- Toast bread 4 pcs.
- Lightly salted trout 80 g
- Processed cheese 4 slice
- Spinach 25 g
- Butter 40 g
- Dill 4 sprig
Directions
Step 1

Take the butter out of the refrigerator ahead of time and let it soften at room temperature. The butter should become soft. Wash and dry the dill and spinach. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 1

Finely chop the dill. Mix the greens with the softened butter.
Step 2

Spread the bread slices with the dill butter on one side. Place two slices butter-side up on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Step 3

Cut the fish into small pieces. Place some spinach, a slice of cheese, and pieces of trout on each bread slice on the baking sheet. Cover the fish with another slice of cheese.
TipIf the spinach leaves are large, chop them. If using baby spinach, no need to cut.
Step 4

Cover the cheese with the remaining bread slices so the buttered side is on top. Place the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 200 °C for 10 minutes.
Step 1

Cut each sandwich in half diagonally and serve immediately while the appetizer is still warm.
