- Red onion 0.5 pcs.
- Olives 50 g

Directions
Step 1

Drain the liquid from the tuna cans. Squeeze the lemon juice.
Step 1

Finely chop the celery, red onion, and olives. Chop the dill and parsley.
TipAdd any vegetables you like to the filling: carrot, fresh cucumber, or bell pepper. The main thing is to ensure the mixture doesn't become too watery.
Step 2

Mash the tuna fillet in a deep bowl. Add all the chopped ingredients to it.
Step 3

Add the mayonnaise, pour in the lemon juice, and mix the mass until smooth. Taste and season with pepper and salt as desired.
TipInstead of mayonnaise, you can also use Greek yogurt or sour cream.
Step 4

Cut the croissants in half lengthwise, stopping about 1 cm from the end. Open each croissant and fill with the mixture.
TipBefore filling, you can warm the croissants in a pan or in the oven.
Step 1

Serve the croissants immediately, before they get soggy from the filling.
TipThe filling can be prepared in advance. Store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for no more than 3 days.
